RETURN POLICY

At Nivest, we take pride in providing premium-quality, conversion-focused website templates. Due to the digital nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.
Digital Product Policy
All template purchases are non-refundable. Once a digital product is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the template is a digital good and is exempt from traditional return policies.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
You were charged more than once for the same product
You did not receive access to your purchased template or services due to a technical error on our end
To request a refund for these reasons, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at hello@framlix.com.
Custom Services
Custom setup or integration services (e.g. Shopify implementation) are non-refundable once the work has begun. If you have concerns about custom work, please reach out before the project starts.
Template Issues
If you experience technical issues or bugs with a template, we’re here to help. Contact our support team and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly. However, this does not qualify as a reason for a refund.
